When will I receive my order?
  • All orders are shipped from our office in Durban.
  • Please allow 1 – 3 working days for orders shipped to major cities (Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria).
Please allow 3 – 7 working days for all other cities or towns.
  • An overnight delivery service is available. Please contact us on 031 572 2737 for more information on the costs of overnight delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we do. For all International purchases (outside of South Africa), please email sales@twistedtrails.co.za for more information and shipping costs.


We have a NO-NONSENSE approach to returns. We guarantee that you receive a product of good quality. If you have a problem with a product that is faulty, return it and we will ensure that you get what you paid for.

Preparing your product for return:
  • Package your products securely for transit
  • Ensure that all accessories and parts are included
When returning a product, please keep in mind:
  • Products are returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging. For a full refund, the product must be unused.
  • Products returned after 7 - 30 days will incur a handling fee of 20%. Products must be in original packaging and unused.
  • Products returned after 30 days will only be accepted if it is defective.
  • Products must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging with labels and stickers still attached.
  • Products must not be missing any accessories or parts.
  • Products MUST NOT have been fitted to a motorcycle or any device for testing.
The following products may not be returned:
  • Any items which have been “taken out for a ride” are considered used and cannot be returned.
  • Any items with faults resulting from wear and tear.
  • Any items with faults/damage as a result of negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  • Any items with damages arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
  • Any product that has been altered in any way.
  • Gift Vouchers
For Health and hygiene reasons, the following products may not be returned:
  • Any intimate product or item of clothing
  • Helmets
  • Any special orders that are not normal stock items
  • Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle.

Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card or original payment method. Refunds may take 7 – 14 working days for funds to reflect into your account.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping is free for all orders over R1000.00
  • Shipping costs to return defective products is free
The above rates exclude shipping outside of South Africa.

ALL our products carry a 12-Month warranty, unless specified in the product description. Warranties are valid from day of purchase.

Damaged Items
Any products that are received with any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours. Please keep all original shipping and product packaging. If possible, please take photographs of the damages. Damage claims will be processed through our courier service who will assist you with this claim.
